The BodyShift Program
is designed for those needing more accountability and direction
in creating the biggest change to their physique, fitness level and lifestyle habits.
The weekly coaching sessions help participants stay on track with their workouts, implement better nutritional habits and ensure long term results.
Access to Progress community and group sessions allow participants to connect with others who are on the same fitness journey.

Schedule:
5 workouts per week
broken down into:
(2) - 30-60min HIIT
cardio workouts
I help participants determine the best way to complete these cardio workouts during our fitness assessment
(2) - Progress sessions per week
either in-person, LIVE virtual or recorded
(1) - workout using the custom Strength Training Plan
During our first coaching session,
we discuss this schedule in depth
to ensure that you know exactly what to do!
