Join Rachael Kesler Palm, registered prenatal yoga instructor, for this six-week series!

These weekly 60-minute group sessions are designed specifically for the unique needs of a pregnant body. The classes will be appropriate for people in all three trimesters of pregnancy.  We'll also discuss labor and delivery expectations, practice using our breath and bodies to build strength and endurance for labor, while stretching and moving in a safe and supported space.


Meet other local pregnant folks, ask questions of an experienced yoga instructor, and spend an hour a week caring for your body and your growing baby!

This is a six week program and we request your participation in the full series.  (Please contact us directly to inquire about drop-in rates)

In addition to the six yoga sessions, your package also includes
four bonus sessions that you can use to experience the strength-based workouts at Progress. View the session schedule here.

Progress workouts are designed for all fitness levels, and our trainers have experience working with pregnancy to provide proper modifications
